Our Story
Charles Freeman, the owner and operator of My Community Helper, spent 35 years in the information collection, management, and access industry, automating internal and public information processes. Starting at the National Library of Medicine in 1991 and later at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Charles has a wealth of experience in optimizing information systems. He's also served on multiple HOA boards, understanding the needs and pain points of community associations firsthand. We know how HOAs operate and their pain points.
