The owner and operator of MyCommunityHelper, spent 35 years in the information collection, management, and access industry, automating internal and public information processes. Starting at the National Library of Medicine in 1991 and later at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency optimizing information systems and business processes. He also served on multiple HOA boards and committees, understanding the needs and pain points of community associations firsthand. We know how HOAs operate and their pain points.
